LLC Fundamentals for the Solopreneur Workshop

| Making the shift from working for someone else to working for yourself can be challenging in many ways. In this free virtual workshop, presented by the RI Department of State in partnership with the RI Division of Taxation, learn what a single-member LLC is, how to register one with the State, and how to navigate your new business taxes to avoid surprises on Tax Day. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the workshop. Registration is required. |
